The Bistro

The Bistro upstairs is open throughout the summer days for meal, snack, fresh coffees and home baking.

In the evenings we offer a relaxed and warm environment where you can sample local produce to a high a standard we take pride in and that has earned us a reputation throughout the region and beyond. Many visitors return again and again and booking can be recommended during the peak season so please contact us to avoid disappointment.

We can also arrange special functions such as birthdays and anniversaries and works events such as Christmas Parties. Again, please contact us to arrange any events such as these.

Our meats are selected from local sources and are all identifiable to the farms and fields on which they were reared. Not only does this permit accountability but also to establish a relationship with the farmers who supply us.

Similarly our seafood is supplied by people we knew from our days in the fishing industry - some of the boats can be seen landing at the harbour in the evenings.

We also take pride in our vegetable selection and cater for vegetarian and special dietary requirements where possible - please contact us if you feel you have any requirements we may need to know in advance.
